Helping other people has always been my strongest skill set.  From my high school days encouraging Special Olympians with sporting events, to Meals on Wheels or People to People, I always enjoyed giving to others.  I am an agent with the non profit HOMES FOR HEROES.  This is a great program that gives a portion of the commission back to the hero.  This gives back to Firefighters, Law Enforcement, Military (Active, Reserves and Veterans), Healthcare Workers, EMS and Teachers.  Check out  845HERO.COM    I have been in real estate for over 10 years and have always lived in Rockland County.   My background in finance, construction, and property management gave me my foundation for real estate.  80% of my business is based on referrals from satisfied clients.  The main goal for myself is to provide the most excellent service to sellers and buyers in order to earn their trust, referrals and repeat business.  I have sold homes in all price ranges from starter homes to luxury homes; including Cooperatives, Townhomes, Condominiums,  Single Family Homes and Investment Properties.  Clients appreciate my flexibility, patience, low pressure sales, negotiation and analytical skills, ability to listen and hear what a client wants and accurately price and market a home.

I met my beautiful wife Julie in Nyack, NY where we fell in love.  We have raised our two daughters in Rockland because of its great schools the safe family environment.   Having the ability to spend quality time with my family is the most important part of my life.  Recently, I became part of a network of agents who sells 1 out of every 8 homes in North America.

I received both my undergraduate degree in Business Administration and my MBA in Finance from St. Thomas Aquinas College in Sparkill, NY.
